synopsis

Poverty has many faces, the series shows six of them. Every episode brings one portrait, the six portraits together merge into one life-line. Starting with a coming of age story against a poverty background, the series focusses on the main turning points in life that are strongly connected with a poverty risk. The series concludes when new life is yet to be born, not knowing if the circle of poverty will continue in this new generation.
